• Instructions for returns and exchanges

1. If there is a defect in the new product, please notify us, and we will immediately assist you to apply for a replacement.

2. If you want to return the product during the appreciation period (the appreciation period is not the trial period), please contact us.

3. In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, a seven-day free appreciation period (including holidays) is provided for the product. In principle, if the product is unused or damaged (except for product defects), you can generally apply for a return or exchange.

• Products with a seven-day appreciation period are not applicable:

1. Commodities stored in the form of digital or electromagnetic records, commodities that are prone to deterioration or damage, and commodities that cannot or are not suitable for return or exchange in nature: such as CD, VCD, DVD, computer software, if the product is defective and cannot be read, only the original film is accepted for replacement new.

2. Clothing and footwear - such as swimwear, T-shirts, such as those washed or defaced after delivery.

3. Personal consumable products such as health food, beauty care products, underwear, etc., once opened and used, cannot be returned.

4. Special sale products marked as non-returnable are not accepted for return or exchange, but this is not the case if the defect is caused by the product itself or during the delivery process.

5. Tickets and coupons: If you have not used them up within the discount period, you can ask the travel agency to make up the price difference to postpone or make up the price difference to replace other travel products.
